Drawing of Names to Determine Ballot Order

City Secretary Rebecca Huerta has scheduled a drawing to determine the order of placement of names on the ballot for the November 8, 2016 City Council Election. All Candidates have been invited to City Council Chambers at City Hall, 1201 Leopard Street, at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 25, 2016, to take part in the drawing. Candidates can either draw for themselves, send a representative to draw for them, or a member of the City Secretary’s staff will draw for the candidate.

Early voting will be held from Monday, October 24, 2016 through Friday, November 4, 2016. The last day to register to vote for this election is Tuesday, October 11, 2016.
