Collier Pool to Undergo Repairs

Two broken valves at Collier Pool is causing water circulation problems. This is preventing City crews from back washing the pool. Because of this, the heaters have turned off.

In order to fix the problem, Parks and Recreation workers will begin draining the pool Sunday, November 1st after it closes at 3:00 p.m. The City will work diligently to solve these issues and get the pool back up and running. The pool is expected to be operational within 3 weeks, barring any unforeseen circumstances.

Meantime, the City is moving all programming to Oso Pool located at 1109 Bernice Drive. Lap Swim/General Swim hours will remain the same, Monday through Friday, 5am – 7am and 6pm – 8pm, Saturday and Sunday 2:30pm – 6pm. Thank you for your continued patronage.
