City of Corpus Christi – Coronavirus (COVID-19) Updates Schedule and Case Delivery Information

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – The City of Corpus Christi and Nueces County continue to work together to slow the spread of COVID-19 in the community and save lives while providing vital services and resources to the public.

The City of Corpus Christi will now post COVID-19 case updates at 4:30 PM daily on www.cctexas.com/coronavirus and will provide the same information to the media through a media news release. This information will be scheduled seven days a week. Statistics given will be official numbers provided by the Corpus Christi - Nueces County Public Health District.

The following information will be provided daily for Nueces County:

• COVID-19 Case Status and Source of Exposure (number of new cases and cumulative numbers)
• COVID-19 Deaths
• Confirmed Cases by Gender
• Confirmed Cases by Age Group
• Testing by Corpus Christi – Nueces County Health District (number of cumulative COVID-19 cases analyzed by the Health District laboratory) 

Daily updates will begin on March 24, 2020 and, for today only, will be after 4:30 PM.
