City Makes Check Presentation to 2016 United Way Campaign
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS - The City of Corpus Christi announced today the employee contributions made to the 2016 United Way City Campaign.
More than 985 City employees participated in donating more than of $95,000! The Police Department raised the most funds by collecting more than $21,267, while the Fire Department raised more than $14,300. Here’s a list of some donation totals from other City departments:
$13,661 – Utilities, Gas
$4,194 - Legal
$3,694 – Parks and Recreation
$3,358 – Finance
$3,228 – Solid Waste
