Celebrating City Customer Service
October 3rd through the 7th was Customer Service Week. It is a time to honor all City employees who deliver excellent service to citizens and their internal partners. The Communication Department's Call Center receives up to 8,500 calls a week and many times are the first employees to open dialogue with customers. The group must stay educated on changing City services and ordinances and attend customer service classes annually.
