A Magical Puppet Shows Brings Cinderella to Life

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX - For one night only, the classic tale of Cinderella will come to life in a very special one-hour presentation. The Carranza Marionette Puppeteers return to Corpus Christi at 6:00 p.m., on Thursday, January 19, at the Neyland Public Library, located at 1230 Carmel Parkway.

The husband and wife team of David and Carol Carranza have created a nearly 40-year tradition of combining puppetry with classic children’s literature. This performance marks their fourth visit to the City. Their unique artistry is sure to inspire children of all ages to spend more time reading their favorite classic fairy tales.

The performance is free to the public. Refreshments will be provided. Even though the library closes at 6 p.m., the hour-long show is expected to end at approximately 7 p.m. Guests are advised to arrive between 5 and 5:30 p.m.
